Sourcing both active and passive candidates, screening for specific skill set, culture fit, industry background and knowledgbase, communicating both verbally and via email with prospective candidates to qualify them for potential placement, resume formatting and more. All Sr. Recruiters work together as a team, however, we are all delegated accounts that we as individuals are the "leads" on. The most enjoyable piece of this position is the interface with so many walks of life, various levels of management, and candidates as a whole. Relationship building is imperative to identifying the "right" resources for our clients.
