Our CRJ 705 aircraft – more... are equipped with an onboard wheelchair. Due to equipment type, onboard wheelchairs are not available on other Air Canada Jazz aircraft.
A passenger access lift is available where bridges are not utilized to allow people in wheelchairs to safely board our aircraft.
Certified, professionally trained service animals which are assisting people with disabilities are carried, free of charge, in the passenger cabin at the customer's feet.
