My husband and I signed on with JBS as a team and have loved every minute so far. We enjoyed the orientation and they take excellent care of you while you are in Greeley, CO. The load planners make sure that you are home when you need to be as close as possible. Everyone is intact with your projected time of availability for your next load. JBS was hiring for "TEAMS" so me and my husband hired on. Well they don't have any team miles so we couldn't make any money.

I enjoyed the people I worked with very much, but it felt like there were too many behind the scenes whispers. This is the first job I ever had where I truly felt as though I was being phased out. The job itself was very simple even to the point of becoming mundane.

It was a great place to work, I test drove all the trucks that needed alignments, or checked for codes, and fixed the trucks problems, but the pay was low for the work we did

South Regional (Mostly TX).
Almost never sit waiting on freight.
Was home almost every weekend.
Good equipment, well cared for.

I was one of the original drivers that started this company and it was a great place to work. As we grew in size, we suffered growing pains that effected my pay. My checks was short hundreds of dollars and I was not being reimbursed for my over the road expenses such as lumpers and toll receipts.
