I'm a customer, not an employee, but I can easily say beverages brought into the store from the outside, with icy-sweaty cups set down anywhere. These cups will remain or even be taken away by their owner, but the wet mess remains on a chair or counter, waiting for the next customer.
All women's department's. especially the fitting rooms they are horrible. Had to close 2 fitting rooms down.
Women's (regular, petite, and plus sizes) and men's at my store, most likely due to the emphasis on the company's exclusive brands and the fact that our junior's department is very small. Children's is often lumped in with men's or women's. Home department sometimes gets busy but is easily the lowest priority for staffing.
Professional loss prevention. As a sales associate, I have found much evidence of shoplifting . Nothing is being done about it. There is no one checking customers trying on clothing . Items get ripped and stained . Tags are left in the fitting room along with empty hosiery , shoe and jewelry boxes. I have found used, soiled and smelly garments where the customer did the old "switcheroo" . A customer even URINATED in the fitting room. THREE TIMES. DISGUSTING! !!!!!!!!!
The registers at the front of the store, and the women's department are always lacking in manpower.

Customer service associates in the women's department. This includes register work as well as putting away clothes in the fitting rooms.
