Standard job, minimal pay/benefits, little room for growth
Customer Service/Sales Associate (Former Employee) – Lynnwood, WA – September 27, 2016
A company that values its customers above all else, I was really able to satisfy any customer problem with minimal assistance at an almost perfect rate, plus the other co-workers at that location (for the most part) were exemplary. However, management was lax to say the least, and the compensation was barely worth the effort of the job. Both the lazy and motivated were equally paid, yet most of the work fell on the shoulders of employees who were actually there to work. In addition, although there was some room for growth within the company, it only came after many years with the company, and you don't go far.
