I started as a contract recruiter and moved into management. The construction space is very difficult and I would not recommend this company . I would like to avoid this space

I helped all the other trades on the job. I assisted them with questions they might have and give them directions on what needs to be done. I cordinate things between my superintendant and the other trades. I sometimes have to lay out walls and perform various carpenrty jobs.

Safe Fun and Learning Oppurtunity
Union Laborer (Former Employee) –  Kansas CityJanuary 21, 2015
JE Dunn is good company. They take care of all their employees. In construction you work hard every day. The most enjoyable part of working for JE Dunn, would have to be all the fun people that are employed or sub contracted by JE Dunn. The hardest part about the job would be getting in at first. The reason for that answer is that the JE Dunn employment is a really tight nit family, all taking care of one another
Pros
working outside
Cons
working outside in the winter cold summer hot. Short lunch break
