About Jegs High Performance

It's a family affair at Jeg's Automotive, and it's even a little racy. The family-owned retail speed shop business is owned and operated by four racing brothers - Jeg Jr., John, Troy, and Mike Coughlin - who took over the business their dad, Jeg Sr., started back in 1960. Jeg's Automotive operates online and from a pair of stores in Ohio (in Columbus and Reynoldsburg) to supply high-performance parts for domestic and import cars, street rods, Pro Stock cars, and sportsman-level and bracket racing cars. The company operates a warehouse, chassis shop, call centers, and a distribution center in the metropolitan Columbus area.

Customer Service, Delaware - October 30, 2014
My first experience in a "call center". Probably not as bad as some but bad enough.
4 wks training was good but could be shortened. Attendance point system. No breaks, not even to smoke. Strict no cell phone at desk, cannot even charge at desk. Lots of overtime available during summer but requests for voluntary time off in fall. Very unfriendly place to start out, for instance, no one sits together at lunch. A few cliquish areas and some tattle tales. Most all have to work at least one weekend day.
I would never go back here.
