Talk to patients through - out the day who experience varying degrees of pain. I learned a great deal about what works and does not work for pain management. Some of the managers took on a superior attitude over the employees and caused dissatisfaction among their crew. My co -workers had one thing n common, a genuine desire to help people. The hardest part of the job was contending with one manager in particular that was ego driven. The best thing is making a difference in patients lives.
