Not a good place to work
Asst. QA Manager, Jerome ID - March 9, 2015
My time at Jerome Cheese felt like doing time. They lied about my salary after agreeing to a set amount on a contract that I signed and agreed to. There is no training there for supervisors and management so I had to learn everything on my own, which is a good thing in one way. Everyday was a headache, especially when your reports refuse to cooperate with you because you are new and then your boss insists on supporting them just because, even when you are in the right. They told me they liked me because I am a good person and that is what they need more of, well then they need to completely clean house. I understand that Davisco has been bought by Agropure, I sure hope that Agropure steps in and try to create a positive work environment at that location in Jerome Idaho. The only thing I miss is the town of Jerome and Twin Falls.
