Position available as Office /Personal Assistant for a fast paced, professional Real Estate office.

Candidate should possess the following:

Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Must be proficient on the computer with Microsoft Office, etc.

Person must be very detail oriented and pay attention to time line.

Be adaptable and able to pick up new techniques.

Have good interpersonal and communication skills.

Be able to work on their own or in a team.

Be thorough and accurate in their work.

Be able to use their initiative.

Excellent professional phone skills.

Proficiency on Apple Computers & High level of computer literacy

Demonstrate willingness to adapt to changes, cross train and learn additional technical skills.

Strong ability to proof read content and editing.

Self-starter, willing to demonstrate strong work ethic on a consistent basis.

Well organized and able to manage multiple task, projects and meet or exceed deadlines.

Qualifications:

All interested applications must have a BS or BA from an accredited four-year college or related work experience.

At least one year of relevant and demonstrated experience in social media management.

Knowledge of Real Estate Market Segment or previous experience with real estate / related fields and marketing is a PLUS but not necessary.
