Property Manager, Joplin, MO - July 17, 2017
It took over 2 months to get hired on, which put me in a financial situation being as I had already put in my 2 weeks notice at my previous job. Once hired, the training process was a little erratic and unprofessional. The supervisors training me were clearly over worked and stressed out. That's not a way to live. Then once I got to my property, I find that the recerts hadn't been done in over 3 months and the place was severely neglected. I'm a person who loves a good challenge but there was too much I had no control over and beyond my fixing. The company needs to quit clinging to their money and pay for good maintenance etc. The budget was $12 for Office supplies. Really? How am I suppose to get my bonuses when printer toner alone costs triple that? Needless to say, not a good company to work for. I wish I had really listened to the other reviews before accepting this position. I'm done and looking elsewhere.
