Pros – Young staff, Although they have more employees than most charter companies of their size they are still a small group of employees and all of the pros and cons that are associated with that type of environment. It is a young but promising company. Incredible investor backing. Extremely motivated customer service, operations, and sales support staff. Cons – Relatively young staff, weak benefits at best, weak communication between departments, there is not a standard Human Resources dept. Limited holidays (This is the case for all charter companies), Although they have more employees than most charter companies of their size they are is still a small group of employees and all of the pros and cons that are associated with that type of environment. In the operations department you have 1 or 2 employees on duty during the slower hours and as a result the work load can take its toll on performance and personal well being. It is a young company and suffer from all pf the same problems you would expect from a young company. If you do anything positive for the company you need to be very vocal about it, otherwise it will go unnoticed, this is common place in large companies, but I have never experienced the absolute need to brown nosing with all levels of employees at such a small company. – less
