JM used to be a fun place to work. With management changes, it became very stressful. Staff was reduced and positions were not filled. They expected the same amount of work, or more, to be done by half as many reps, and gave no assistance to employees trying to meet these goals-except overtime. Reps with many years experience were let go and, when replaced, people with no experience were hired creating an even more stressful situation for the remaining reps. There was a lot of favoritism and very few chances for advancement. In the last 3 years of my employment with JM, it felt like I was in an abusive relationship due to constant put downs and from being excluded from opportunities for advancement. Benefits are very good, but that's about it now.
