a typical day at work: meeting with IT, Financial, Administrative, & Medical personnel implementing innovative ways to better support our patients and infrastructure.
I've learned how to interact with IT, management, employees, doctors, nurses, patients, & visitors, sensitively and respectfully to understand the human relationship and IT.
I've gotten to know my management and co-workers personally. they are a joy to work with.
the hardest part of the job is: the patient care aspect. getting the technology that can save lives to its users as efficiently as possible.
the most enjoyable part of the job: I volunteer as a JFK Medical Center Chaplain supporting patients, visitors, & staff, it is great joy to see everything come together.
