Assisted nurses with caring for cardiac patients by taking vital signs and helping patients out of bed. It was stressful at times but rewarding when you see how your are helping a person in their time of need.

volunteer opportunities were good
I filled patients water pitchers, brought medication, kept patient charts up to date, and assisted the nurses.

Since it is a hospital, you will more than likely be very busy escorting patients in and/or out of the facility. There are times when you come back to the office and find out that you have to go back out to pick-up another patient. Even though it can be tiring, the staff always a have a lively positive attitude.

Not productivity or merit based for the most part. Political.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO WORK. MANAGEMENT ARE LIARS AND PHYSICIANS ARE ABUSIVE. OR MANAGER UNAWARE OF WHAT REALLY IS GOING ON. SHORT-STAFFED-FREQUENTLY STUCK WITH NO RELIEF. CHARGE NURSE IS MEAN SPIRITED. OR IS DIRTY.
OR DIRECTOR IS A BACK-STABBER AND DOESN'T SUPPORT STAFF.

Very Poor Mgmt! Very poor patient care. The culture does not foster an environment that makes for happy employees.

Work was marketing Occupational health services to local area businesses. Day was combination of on the road meeting with business, internal implementation of services sold and provided, providing feedback for example physicain/health screening results. Coordinating with other department for on site services.

Management was good to work with. Very – more... supportive Medical Director. Hardest part was some co-workers not invested in line of business (we also provided employee health, OccMed was relatively new and served to create profitability) Most ejoyable was working with businesses bringing them services – less

when a patient looks at me and saids thank you. and co workers were there to help you in the time of need.

I am currently an employee on 5North and I can tell you that it is one of the worst jobs I have even had.... people are backstabbing and the director is abusive and demeaning. We are all looking for better employment. Please do NOT waste your time. The manages supervises with fear, itimidation and disrespect.

This company is fast paced.High acuity patient
You should be very dedicated and willing to work as a team.
If your idea of work is just sitting around and doing nothing .This is not a company for you.
There are a lot of dedicated and caring nurses here willing to go above and beyond their duties.

Understaffed and overworked.
There is a lot of employee burn-out.
Do not recommend.

Great Work enviroment and benefits, Very diverse in all cultures, Excellent communication skills with staff and community. Will to train the willing for advancement,Showed apprication to staff members.
