Upper management (VP, CEO'S) don't communicate with employees, nor show that they care about the employees. Usually you can expect to work more than 8 hours a day. Employees (sales reps, customer service, legal and 1st level management) get along very well and make a great culture. You can feel overworked, but the income/commission makes up for it.
