Telecommunications (Current Employee) –  Radnor, PAJuly 7, 2017
Throughout the entire organization there is chaos. It's at every level and within each department. Unfortunately, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

A tough place to work. Hours are long and you're treated like a number and not really a person. Pay is not great. A very top heavy organization where those in higher positions make much more than the average person and feel no shame in broadcasting such information.

Sales Representative (Former Employee) –  Radnor, PAMarch 13, 2017
Haven't been there in a while. But the time I was there initially everything was great money was good envirement was good. Then reality set in. Realized the boys clubs that were there and how you could only advance if you were part of the boys club. If your just looking for something to get you thru until a better opportunity comes along here's your place.

bad work-life balance, good money
Account Executive (Former Employee) –  Radnor, PAMarch 8, 2017
Upper management (VP, CEO'S) don't communicate with employees, nor show that they care about the employees. Usually you can expect to work more than 8 hours a day. Employees (sales reps, customer service, legal and 1st level management) get along very well and make a great culture. You can feel overworked, but the income/commission makes up for it.
Pros
Good money, good work ethic and culture
Cons
no communication with Upper Management

Great benefits and good co-workers. Salary was modest and commission was great. Good life/work balance, no bringing work home. Beating the phones on a daily basis

horrible company horrible management
Loan Officer (Former Employee) –  Boca Raton, FLJanuary 26, 2017
typical day at work is 10-12 hours a day you're also made to work on the weekends and from home. 200 outbound calls a day. average days to close a loan 50-60 days. compensation 25 bps per loan. if you average the hours you work its like making 8 dollars an hour. if you don't make enough commission they let you borrow $8.00 per hour you worked but you have to pay it back on the next paycheck. senior LOs are spoon fed the best leads, while the new people are given leads that are called by 15 different lenders. no communication between LOs and processors. if you're loan doesn't close oh well to bad you don't get paid processors don't care because they still get paid and aren't held accountable. they also over underwrite their loans kicking it back to you for the smallest thing. like one of the managers told me you make more money working at McDonald's
Pros
getting licensed

no work and life balance

Great place to work terrible management
Underwriter (Current Employee) –  Radnor, PAJune 25, 2016
great co-workers, very young company but the management is terrible and the company is going in the wrong direction. There is no connection between management and the common workers so they make changes as they please. The ceo has taken the company from the NYSE to the pink slips with terrible management. Continues to cut lower level jobs while expanding into unstable ventures. I will be surprised if the company is still around in 5 years.

Network Administrator\ Tier I\II tech (Current Employee) –  Woodbridge, VANovember 13, 2015
A typical day of work for me is fixing up the sharepoint site, administering office 365 accounts, editing and sharing them. I check the ticketing system constantly to see if any employees need IT assistance. My day is usually very easy, and the same, but i am constantly looking for challenges or a chance to learn something new. my co-workers help embark on new opportunities.
Pros
Friday lunch, business get togethers, friendly work enviroment
Cons
unstable.

Peachtree is the second largest brand in the structured settlement purchasing industry. Peachtree has created a well-recognized brand through an emphasis on superior customer service. Management, co-workers and environment is desirable.

It's a decent job for a year or two but don't plan on making it a home.
Account Executive (Former Employee) –  Radnor, PANovember 17, 2014
It's a great environment for recent college graduates, but it's not great in the long term. Not much room for advancement, and guidelines for work practices are always changing so it's not very clear what one should be doing on a daily basis. Upper management seems to be very disorganized and disengaged from the workforce.
Pros
young workforce friendly environment
Cons
Lack of advancement, lack of organization
