Manages all functions of a Jimmy John’s restaurant to ensure customer service and high quality products are delivered to ensure restaurant profitability. Responsible for the successful execution of fast, accurate sandwiches and world-class customer service while maintaining a clean, organized shift.
Responsibilities of the job include:
- ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
- adherence to Jimmy John’s operational guidelines and policies
- understand and meet store financial targets and goals
- development of sales forecasts and food projections
- labor staffing and scheduling
- hiring, termination, training and coaching of employees
- payroll review and submission
- submission of weekly paperwork
- adherence to store cash control policies
An ideal candidate must possess:
- a sense of ownership and accountability
- previous management experience (at least 2 years preferred)
- a strong work-ethic; the stamina to work 55+ hours per week
- a positive attitude
- experience working in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills
