Carpenter, Parsippany, NJ - June 10, 2016
JMC is a company that is not much different to work for compared to other construction companies if you are the carpenters/electricians/plumbers on the job. The only real differences that make JMC more convenient for the workers is that you get paid for the gas you spend when drive from the office to a job and back. This little thing makes a big difference when you are driving a truck that is big on gas consumption. The management is overall decent with a few minor moments of confusion and miscommunication which can be frustrating at times. The workers tend to work well with each other especially when trying to overcome a problem. The hardest part of the job is often dealing with the customers in a professional yet polite manor as some customers can try to throw their weight around making the job much more difficult and un-enjoyable for the workers.
