This was the first real line cooking job that I have had. the hours were terrible but I was young when I worked there so I would stay up all night anyway. It takes a different kind of person to work in a restaurant. We wouldn't get off of work till 1 am sometimes. definitely not a bad job for someone in their youth, I was 18-19 when I worked here.
