Check email. Get car sheets showing all sold from previous day; go on line to all different sites, in-house included to remove sold vehicles and list new trade-ins. Work on advertising, meet with all sales manager's (Chevrolet, Lincoln, Mercury, Volvo, Honda, Jeep, Kia, Mazda, Hyundia).. Everyone that worked under me, or the sales managers were men and the hardest part of the job was deadlines! They hated dealines and hard a very hard time following them!
I have learned almost every car, truck & suv; make and model, I have driven them all. Every Tuesday Morning at 7:30 I had a meeting with all of the sales managers and went over the upcoming ad details for the week and month.
When needed at lunch I would answer the phones and handle the cashiers window for the lady there to go to lunch.. That included waiting on service customers and taking their money and closing out tickets. Parts Dept. as well..
