It's a friendly place to work, but opportunity for growth is lacking. The co-workers are a nice group of dedicated people. This job requires patience, understanding, empathy and knowledge of addictive behaviors; these are the hardest part but they are also the most enjoyable part of the job. Because when individual moves from contemplation stage to recovery it means that the treatment plan worked for him/her then there is no greater reward.
