First Job out of graduate school
HELPLine Coordinator (Former Employee) – Thomasville, GA – March 25, 2015
Once I arrive to work, I begin by checking any messages that may need some type of crisis intervention. I have learned how to deal with various psychiatric behaviors (paranoid, manic, depression, etc..) in such a manner that I can intervene a potential outburst that could lead to one being harmed. My co-workers all work alongside each other in assisting each other as needed. I enjoyed traveling to the ER and to the medical floors at the hospital to provide professional therapeutic intervention by utilizing my therapeutic skills.
Increased experienced in evaluating psychiatric patients ranging from adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
No potential for advancement
