Pros: great management, great starting pay
This company was great to work for because not only do you get to meet great customers but you got to build a strong relationship with them. The management was also very professional at all times and if a problem would arise then they would resolve it quickly and professionally.
towards the end of my employment there were a lot of changes in management – more... in the service department that were very shady. A outside company named Shiny came in and took over the service porters and greeters. Taking away seniority, vacation, overtime-pay, and hours stating that everyone was starting off fresh. Toyota never warned us of this company and that's the only reason i left. – less
