every day is a different experience, could be a simple ac tune up to a repair, including driving across town to get parts, whatever it takes to take care of the customer,.. I learned that we must be ready to give 100% on a summer day to a winter day in order to give the proper service to our customers. I feel great to work work for a company that management is a phone call away from the field on what we need. The hardest part of the job is whenever for some reason we simply don't have the parts need or need to order, the most enjoyable is to take care of the customer on the spot on what they need from a simple repair to up to upgrade complete system....
Love the flexibility on the schedule and free time with family
