Pros: hands on training
Cons: short breaks
A typical work day would start at 8am and end at 9pm. Days consisted of contacting clients and giving them investment advice and also constantly pursuing new clients. John Thomas Financial helped sharpen my abilities in sales and speaking with new clients over the phone. I learned about different financial products and how they can benefit clients in – more...  both the short and long term. Management was hands on and provided the constant assistence and training in developing the right skills for the job. John Thomas Financial was very team oriented and all my co-workers were there to help each other. The hardest part of my job was the long hours on my feet and the most enjoyable part of my job was qualifying a client and making a sale. – less
