J&J Medical was my company for 15 years, the best 15 years in my career. I always have looked forward to a work day at J&J because it was not always that you experience stress. J&J is a family oriented business, career opportunities and professional minded culture. The training was available for every one that wanted to progress personally and professionally.
– more... J&J has always promoted within and in most cases this made the management more of a family. My Co-workers were happy people and tightly woven family, hard workers and loyal to J&J. There were hard days but we faced challenges head on and succeeded. My most enjoyable days in addition to great work days we always enjoyed the family days where we gathered for fun outside the work place which J&J always promoted. – less
