Great pay. Plenty of opportunities for overtime. The outside temperatures affect inside conditions. (No air conditioners, or air circulation during summer) Extreme heat. Concrete floors and standing are harsh on feet. Hands can and will swell if handling heavy and small objects.
great pay and overtime
short breaks, extreme conditions with weather and feet problems.
Cast On Strap Machine Operator (Former Employee) – Holland, OH – May 15, 2017
JCI is a very high paying job with plenty of opportunities to make money, so much in fact that they FORCE you to make money. It is very stressful and very high paced. Management will terminate your employment for very silly reasons however, so good luck staying employed until you can get into the union.

Account Executive (Former Employee) – Salt Lake City, UT – May 10, 2017
Good company overall.. Enjoyed my time there.. I had my best sales year ever and still got laid off. No security.. Just a cog in the machine.. Typical workday starts early and lots of emails and phone calls.. Poor management .. 5 different managers in 5 yrs.. No stability which customers notice.. Bad reputation with many customers but also good as well.. Just poor local managers..
Name reputation, buying power, great stock options etc..
