Not the family company they were in the past
Relationship Banker (Former Employee) –  Milwaukee, WIJune 22, 2016
When the former M&I leadership team joined Johnson Financial Group, the culture changed. The false promises they made to former M&I staff that were fleeing BMO were never fulfilled. There is no longer a work/life balance. The sole focus is to make their loan number goals to make the bank look good to future investors. They are no longer focused on doing what is ethically right for the client.

A lot of experienced talent has been forced out of the company.

Client Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Phoenix, AZMay 1, 2013
General filing of loan documents, business and personal profiles for retail, commercial and mortgage, Manage large dollar transactions

Not your typical banking center, customer come in and are welcome to have a sit at each station instead of the walk ups. Customers have the option to email and or fax request so downfall to this is there is some down time.
