Johnson is really great about providing training for it's technicians. It is a great place to learn about a wide variety of systems. Since a change in management, none of the technicians feel appreciated or like their best interest is looked out for. Wages are a large factor for dissatisfaction with the company. This was the case before the change in management. Nobody gets an increase in wages in any steady rate. Some employees have not seen an increase in their wages in years. Quality of the work is not seem as important as quantity lately.
