Lacking in management skills

They don't encourage person to person conflict resolutions. They ask that you don't engage with someone that is being hostile, rude, or causing a low moral work environment, and instead go to a leading supervisor. I like to try and solve issues on my own first, I don't like "tattling" I suppose you could call it. I adhered to this rule, and when I would bring an issue or complaint to a lead or supervisor things were never resolved and continued on in the same or worse conditions. Management is not the best. While certain people in leadership roles are great to work with and perform their jobs competently, the upper management is lacking. There is no solving of problems, they ask for higher output numbers but say to slow down and make sure about quality. They expect the workers to reach theoretical numbers instead of realistic results.
