Working at Journal Communications

Do you work at Journal Communications? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview? Any advice for someone trying to get in?

I interviewed here and it seems nice on the service; but it is very much a "clique". You feel like they are judging you strictly on "what" you are and not "who" you are. They are very polite about it all. Although, you must qualify to fit into their "culture". Your job experience is not enough. I'm sure being under 25 and a MTSU grad is a prerequisite. This may sound like "sour grapes" but its not. There is some very clever and discreet screening going on.
