Fun exciting job
Sales Associate (Former Employee), Deptford, NJ – April 26, 2013
Pros: the atmosphere and everyone who worked there
A typical day at work was amazing. The organizing shoes, cleaning, assisting, opening and closing, and cashiering.
I learned everything here, it was my first job. Working here gave me the oppotunity to grow as a worker and start my journey into the world of working. The management was great. My coworkers were amazing. The hardest part of the job was – more... being new in the working world. The most enjoyable part of the job was working. I loved this job. – less

My very first management position held, I learned it wasn't easy to balance hours to all employees needs but was able to compromise and keep all satisfied. Co-workers were fun and exciting to work with. Hardest part of the job was the – more... low compensation based on the amount of work required. The most enjoyable was working with the general public. – less

The job requires real sales work with little reward. Promotions are not rare but sometimes the commission is below minimum wage.
