Judicate West is seeking a career-oriented, highly motivated and detail-oriented individual . A minimum of 2 years receptionist/front desk experience is preferred. We have an immediate opening in our San Diego office. Duties include meeting and greeting clients, answering multi-line phones, handling incoming mail, organizing the office, daily set up of conference rooms, as well as other general administrative support functions such as conducting pre-hearing calls to confirm meetings and conferences and arranging collections of invoices still owed, including collecting checks on the day of a case. This is an entry level position with growth opportunities available in the alternative dispute resolution profession. Flexibility to train in our Santa Ana office is preferred. Benefits available after 90 days.
