Used to be a great company, but times are a-changin'

Juicy was acquired by "brand management" company GBG about 2 years ago. Unfortunately, they don't understand the contemporary level of the market or the Juicy customer so the quality level has suffered. The new brand president doesn't trust anyone to design the collection, so changes are constant. Because of the indecision, the product has suffered both aesthetically and in quality. The market focus has been going cheaper & faster -- like a Zara model with significant push to go down market into retailers like Kohls, Costco and TJMaxx.
Until they can get back on track, and I hope they do, I wouldn't look at joining this team.
