Loved my co-workers, they were like a little family. A typical day was going in and making sure new product was out, markdown complete, customers helped.

A typical day at juicy couture is product and fun. As a sales accociate i make sure all areas are clean and presentable for custumers. I make sure to inform all custorms about current promostions, sales, and new items in store. always greet everyone. i have learned how to use a register. how to open and clothes. close out registers, sale in store items. – more... have built a client book. management needs some work. due to some inaproprate behaveir on one managers part. both full time managers are great and try to get things dun efisently and pratice team work well. other coworkers are productive and help eachother out with opening closing replenishment. hardest part of my job is selling full price items. i enjoy meeting new people and informing them about the store, company and products – less

Everything about this place is terrible. The management is awful. The workers are clueless because management gives no direction. If you put forth the effort to work you meet more resistance than if you do nothing.

Managers and staff are all great people to work with. The clients are all very nice. Didn't like working overnight shifts

I loved working there, they were all really nice and really helped me understand my position.

The store was at the mall so it was very busy, It was very small and we had way too much inventory. The hardest part of the job was when we had to do inventory and count every single last item in the store after working an 8 hour shift and coming back at 4am.

It was a fun place to work, but when the grown ups were acting unprofessional it would take away from the experience.

The Juicy Couture Management team communicates KPI's and sales goals on a daily basis. We take care of any HR or Operational needs as they arrise throughout the day. Management coaches Sales Associates in the moment as needed and grows trusting relationships with them. This is carried over onto the sales floor with our customers and clients. Busy, holiday were always busy. Co-workers weren't to nice.

t benefits but unorganized, takes forever to make a decision, expect lots of constant changes and changes on decisions that are made. Always chasing pas seasons, late add ons. It's a typical apparel company - nothing different from the industry standards.

I was lucky to have a group of managers that helped me shape my leadership skills. My co-workers were fun and friendly. I enjoyed going to work (almost) everyday.

I worked at a smaller volume store, so traffic was slow, and very few hours were availible. I love the company , as well as the products that I sold. The hardest part of the job was meeting a store goal with little to no traffic. Building relationships with customers was very essential to the success of the business. It all depends on who your higher management is, I personally had two amazing district managers and one not so much. The store managers are salaried and if your DM is not a believer in work/life balance, the position will suck the life out of you.

I love my job. It is definitely fun. The management is great. It is a fun, positive environment.

The people are great and the managers are understanding and fun. They really work with you when ever you need anything.
