-Management- Fun, Nice, and Understanding
-Coworkers- Fun, helpful, and down to earth
-Hardest Part of the job- To never give up on a customer and to fit some girls
-Most enjoyable – more... part- trying on the clothes and jewelry to help sell and explain the fit to costumers – less

The management at Juicy Couture was honestly very disappointing.
They never had my paychecks with the right amount on them, I was always shorted money.
Not only that but they had horrible scheduling and it was never up on time.
I was very upset working here and I would not consider working here again.

FUN AND EXCITING WORK PLACE
Production Operations Specialist (Current Employee), New York, NYOctober 6, 2013
Pros: vacation and company discounts
Cons: commute
JUICY COUTURE IS A FUN AND EXCITING WORK PLACE. THE BRAND IS TRYING TO RE-INVENT THEMSELVES SO THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING NEW AND EXCITING BEYOND THE HORIZON. MY CO-WORKERS ARE CARING, RELIABLE, AND EASY TO WORK WITH. THE HARDEST PART OF MY JOB IS THE COMMUTE AND THE LONG HOURS. THE MOST ENJOYABLE PART OF MY JOB IS BEING AROUND MY CO-WORKERS WHOM I CONSIDER – more... MY SECOND FAMILY. – less

Pros: help customers
Cons: not being organize and communition
Environment where you can communicate with customers and help them finding everything that they are looking for and need. I learn how to be open and take the good or the bad that comes along with a job. Management was ok just needed to be on the same page. My co-workers was an amazing team player. The hardest part of my job was when I am not able to – more... find the right size of a item that the customers are looking for. The most enjoyable part of my job is when the store is open and asking the customers would you like help finding your size or a particular item. And letting them walk away with a smile on their face. And 1 year or couple months later come back to your store asking for your service and saying they remember you and the size that you handed them was perfect. Help people in the world is a A+ for me because I love to smile and seeing someone else smile makes my day. Meeting new people and seeing new faces and getting feed backs on what you should improve is a great way to improve your customer service skills. – less

Sales Representative (Former Employee), Roseville, CASeptember 3, 2013
Pros: discounted clothing
Cons: lack of hours.
A typical day at work would be me cleaning the store. An hour of detailing would be part of the opening procedures, followed by us going over what goals we had for the store and ourselves. What I learned from this company would be that when you want to have a strong clientele, you need to be aware of the costumers needs and get to know those needs and – more... wants very well. The management all had great intentions. But they did pick "favorites", which then lead to not scheduling those who deserved hours the most. The hardest part about this job was not having consistent hours and them not wanting to work around other schedules or last minute emergencies. The most enjoyable part of the job would be the discounts and benefits the company would give. – less

Environment is a little bit competitive. Visuals are awesome even though prices are little bit high. More traffic than sales, conversion was not outstanding. You get to know a lot about the company which is a plus. Merchandising is always in standards.

Retail Sales Associate (Current Employee), Houston, TXAugust 4, 2013
A typical day at work is dealing with international and local customers on helping them find the right fashion pieces that will best suit them. I've learned how to multi-task with helping customers while performing other operations for the store. Management is supportive of their associates reaching their goals, and coworkers are enjoyable and friendly. – more... The hardest part of the job is during holiday, which is the busiest season because there are so many customers to help but only a few associates to help them all. The most enjoyable part of the job is making connections with customers and creating new friendships with coworkers. – less

Pros: meet great people, not to stressful
Cons: short breaks, no benefits if not full time
a typical day includes hanging the merchandise, folding merchandise, register, cleaning. the management, for the most part is fine and willing to work with you how ever some are less than concerned about your personal life. the hardest part is the hours. a lot of overnight shift are given to only 3 girls usually and they are always the same ones. the – more... most enjoyable part about this job would have to be the other associate you meet! they are really great girls! – less

Sales Associate (Former Employee), Seattle, WAJuly 11, 2013
Pros: discount on store clothing
Cons: hostile work enviroment, scheduling was not fair when it came to hours, and clothing required to wear was way to expensive to afford.
Do not work here. They have a hostile, negative work environment where no one functions as part of the team.

Head Cashier/Sales Associate/Customer Service (Former Employee), Aventura, FLJuly 9, 2013
Pros: employee discount
A day a Juicy Couture was all about providing excellent customer service, interacting and building relationships with guests, maintaining the cleanliness of the store, handling of cash, cross-selling and add-on's. I learned many skills, however the most important was interacting with accessible. I maintained a fashion forward relationship with local – more... residents, and provided information on how to stay involved with Juicy Couture and it's promotions, products, and services to those who were just visiting. The management was superior; they positively influenced our decisions and provided amazing product knowledge and how to properly sell these products and services to guests. My co-workers were enjoyable to work with; I remain friends with all my co-workers and got along with everyone. Our small staff became a family. It wasn't that it was hard, but it sometimes was a challenge to assist someone who was "just looking" into spending a good amount of money. This challenge also became the part I found most enjoyable at my time with Juicy Couture. I enjoyed helping others and getting to know customers. My time at Juicy Couture established my ability to sell, be knowledgeable of changing products and services, and the ability to work well with a team and independently. – less

Um.. its Juicy. They're not really the brand they think they are.
Associate (Former Employee), Commerce, CAJuly 3, 2013
Pros: grateful for the opportunity to have worked there.
Cons: be a favorite ...or else.
Management treats employees like second rate, noticed that management has favorites, even when the ones that aren't favorites work hard and dont get noticed. There was a miscommunication between myself and management and then it went from being neutral to me to treating me like i wasn't around. There's a difference between being a manager and playing – more... one. I felt that my store manager was playing one. My supervisor was actually really polite but towards the end I felt she was being fake, so I felt it was time to move on. Working with girls.. I remembered family guy "guys! we know how to be friends!" – less
