Pros: good resources to do the job.
Cons: time flexing
Great staff, with good working habbits. Instability in work schedule due to census flexing time. Lack of sensativity towards staff/family. Most difficult part of the job was maintaining a personal life as the requirements and expectation of the job mandated long working hours.

Highly skilled and organized, great with patients.

Pros: accurate, many years experience, skilled on all aspects of radiation therapy
Cons: none regarding work.
I love my job, for that everyday at work is a pleasure. A typical day at work is making the lives of every patient I meet better in any way I can. I am also very organized and used to working under a fast pace. My ability to have fun, be acurate, responsible, and work hard is what makes me a great fit for any Cancer Center

Cons: hard work
Worked in a fast past environment with doctors and technicians’, getting them the medical records as needed. It was stressful from time to time because of energies. The managers helped make it fun on the holidays. While on the job I learned how to read x-rays, cat scans, and learned medical terminology.

Management at the Auxiliary Department not ideal. Turn over rate high due to Management is not secure about their position so everyone else is at their mercy.

I agree that the "Management" in the Auxiliary Department is not supportive and from the time I worked there I discovered evidence that the people Director has had on staff became like a revolving door. I had the distinct impression that the director is insecure about her position.

Cons: occasional staffing problems, unsafe nurse-patient ratios
