We are currently looking for an entry-level Customer Service Representative to join our Full Truck Load department. Daytime hours, weekday work schedule, and full benefits are available after 90 days (Health, Dental, Vision, 401K).
Key areas of responsibility:
-Responsible for booking loads with carriers, set up the carrier in our system, and including filling out carrier packets.
-Responsible for preparing Full Truckload team’s folders, including obtaining all back-up paperwork and BOL’s.
-Answering all incoming phone calls whenever possible.
-Backup Full Truckload teammates on covering backhaul loads.
-Mapping out routes and negotiating rates with brokers.
-Assist Full Truckload teammates on qualifying, rating, and overall maintenance of carriers on FTL database.
-Assist Full Truckload teammates in organizing, maintaining, editing, and adding new forwarder/brokers to Outlook Email for backhaul potential.
Key Skills Required

-Willingness to learn the freight industry.
