Under the supervision of the Account Manager, the Customer Service Agent should be able to provide excellent attention to the client needs in a prompt manner. Have the ability to multitask in a mild stressful environment and be able to coordinate client and contractors to perform the job in a professional way. Should have the ability to keep calm, talk in the phone, type and coordinate at the same time.
Ability to understand different kind of computer programs.

Full knowledge of outlook and Microsoft programs is a must.
