Under the supervision of the Account Manager, the Customer Service Agent should be able to provide excellent attention to the client needs in a prompt manner. Have the ability to multitask in a mild stressful environment and be able to coordinate client and contractors to perform the job in a professional way. Should have the ability to keep calm, talk in the phone, type and coordinate at the same time. SKILLS: Ability to understand different kind of computer programs. Excellent people skills. Excellent decision making. Ability to coordinate a service in an urgent situation. Detailed oriented. Ability to work independently and self motivated. Full knowledge of outlook and Microsoft programs is a must. REQUIREMENTS: 3 yrs. Costumer service experience. Will verify references. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
