Typical Corporate company
Service Manager, Carrollton, TX - September 19, 2013
The people justifying their existence are rewarded, the ones that actually make the company go and grow are pushed aside. They only care about one thing, that is whatever it happens to be at that particular moment. If you worked real hard it does not matter. They will give an employee that works hard at pretending they work hard a promotion. The squeaky wheel gets the grease no exceptions. No help from above, branch manager very lazy never around and 95% of the time late, but is praised for doing nothing. Although they say the right things, the proof is in the action and they care very little.
