Role Description
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the execution of marketing programs that support sales and drive brand reputation across our verticals and target audiences. Owns in-bound marketing program. Specific areas of focus will include web, social media, search, PR, content and copywriting. The successful candidate will be experienced supporting or leading marketing campaigns in an agency or services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Social media (website, blog, LinkedIn, FB, twitter, etc.) Manually keeping up to date. Managing creation of the content, editorial – all for the purpose of driving sales leads. Secondary, to meet the needs of clients through purchasing process
  • Search strategy & analytics – Track periodically and share reports, find a strategy, set up Google analytics, track/ report/ refine
  • Content management - Oversee editorial calendar, ensure fresh, relevant, on-brand content being developed
  • PR - Speakers bureau (managing relationships between our internal experts and speaking opportunities ie. Key industry conferences), writing press-releases as needed
  • Brand – Assist in the documentation and maintenance of brand across all internal and external touch points
  • Collateral - Responsible for assisting teams in the development of collateral materials (print, presentations, etc.)
  • Copywriting – writes compelling copy/text to support all marketing activity

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Self-directed
  • Google Analytics
  • Strong understanding of all social medical channels
  • Brand marketing concepts
  • Meticulous, highly organized
  • Energetic with strong interpersonal skills
