Kamet provides precision component machining and sub-assembly services for the Aerospace, Energy, Medical and Semiconductor industries for both Start-up and Fortune 500 companies.
Kamet is looking for an entry to mid level customer service representative that has had at least 2 years of customer account management experience. The customer service representative will be responsible for receiving/entering order information into a database and fielding customer requests/questions effectively through phone and email. Customer service will also ensure the timely processing of orders and updating customers with order statuses and requests for pricing on repeat items. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to interface with various departments (shipping, sales, engineering, accounting) on a daily basis to ensure timely order processing and to ensure customer satisfaction.
- at least high school degree or equivalent
-2 years of customer service experience (specifically pre to post-sales customer account support)
-comfortable with data entry (10 key, typing)
-working knowledge of Microsoft office programs (word, excel, outlook)
-comfortable with face-paced, multi-tasking oriented environment
-experience in manufacturing industry is a plus
