Team Leads manage and mentors staff in the day-to-day performance of work,participates in the development of resource plans, and provides technical leadership
within various product and service lines. Handles escalation calls and routes service issues as needed. Applicants should have leadership experience, excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Kanix Solutions offers a PPO health plan through Aetna’s Choice Network. The plan offers office visit and RX copays.
- Aetna Dental is the provider with coverage levels at 100% preventative care, 80% basic care, and 50% major care. A plan for dependents age 19 and younger is also available with orthodontic coverage.
- Kanix Solutions also offers an optional vision plan. Spectera is the provider with coverage including eye exams and lenses yearly and frames once every 24 months.
- Kanix Solutions will pay 1.5 to 2 times your hourly rate if you are scheduled to work a holiday. Our typical holidays covered at Holiday Pay rate are Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year.s Eve and New Year’s Day.
