In my time at Katecho I have seen numerous managers in every department come and go. Leads and Supervisors are not encouraged to advance or given opportunities to do so. They do a great job of giving people a chance to work initially, but then do not reward those who excel at their jobs.
Pay increases are non existent. Except for salaried employees, increases in vacation time for employees who have been with the company for many years do not happen.
I enjoy the people that I work with but we all watch the executives moving up while we stagnate down below. The culture is toxic for these reasons.
The positive is that if you have a background that makes it difficult to get hired, they will give you the chance.
However, if you can get a job elsewhere I would take it and run.
