Sales Executive (Former Employee) – New York, NY – May 24, 2016
the management staff from CFO on down has horrible communication skills. there is no real direction with this agency. they spend lots of clients money on unnecessary parties but have no real creativity that's needed to have a company longevity.
if you want to play foos ball and go for drinks often that's your place. but a place to grow and soar . . not your place. one big frat house and if you don't fit in the click necessary you wont grow. its who you are friends with not your work capabilities that help you grow in this setting. the hardest part of working here is when you need supervision or work advise there is no one to turn to not even Human Resources. no real guidance. most enjoyable is lunch hour and blue chair (entire agency) meetings. very cut throat agency. not family oriented.
opportunity to meet new people.
long work hours with no real compensation. no salary increments, bonuses, etc.
