Management is incompetent
You hear coworkers crying because of the constant harassment from managers
Some coworkers were great and trustworthy, however there were "nosers" who would gossip to managers
Hardest part of the job was protecting yourself from the management who would rather get you in trouble than help you

typical day at work was assembling and upholstering furniture
i learned how to upholster furniture
management was strict but fair
co-workers were a blast to be around
hardest part of the job was lifting heavy objects
the most enjoyable part of the job was learning

do you like not getting a merit increase. do you like to get treated bad not a good place to work at all. especially for minorities

Very good work environment and fast pasted. The job prepared me for the others.

I enjoyed the teaching and patient interactions of this job. KCI was a good company to work for.
