Favoritism and High stress at it's finest!

KCI as a company is amazing however management needs a complete overhaul. If you are looking for a company that appreciates their employees, this is not it. You are taking inbound calls from hospitals, HHA, DME's, nurses, patients, KCI representatives and placing them in the ordering system. Even though you are scheduled 8 hours, you more than likely will be asked to work over time because other employees are quitting from being burned out, personal reasons or fired. They pay is decent but for what you put up with could be more. HR does not have your back nor care and upper management. If you need a job bad or just tired of looking, this would be perfect for the money. Favoritism is extremely high with employees who's h7n there more than 5 years and they do not promote for hard work but for who you know.
Micromanaged, short breaks, raises small, favoritism etc
