Spanish/italian Professor (Current Employee), Union, NJ –
Kean University it is an good Universities, good classes but few Full time positions for modern languages.
The most enjoyable part of the job are the students, the hardest part is to be considered as a professional by the management. Not much money is put in the department of Education

Good school with possibility to be one of New Jersey's best school like it once was.
Technology Assistant (Current Employee), Center of Professional Development –
Pros: diversity, campus enviroment
Cons: corrupt administration
Kean University has a beautiful campus and the student to student interaction is great. Due to corrupt administration Kean University has lost a lot of credibility through out the state. The school has lost its student orientation and has become more concern with cosmetics.

Criminal Justice Office Assistant (Former Employee), Union, NJ –
Pros: meet plenty of new students and faculty.
Cons: no benefits and hours are limited.
You work with your fellow students primarily and it is a good place to meet new people and faculty. Very laid back environment. Work - study program is very helpful. Perfect for a student who's looking for a few extra dollars or to buy that extra textbook.

Great job for college students
Student Ambassador (Former Employee), Office of Undergraduate Admissions –
Pros: extremely flexible hours, work around class
Cons: minimal hours per week, not reasonable summer work
If you are a Kean student and looking for a great part time job on campus, Undergraduate Admissions is the way to go. The hours work around your class schedule. You can literally work, walk to class, then come right back to work. However, if you are looking to for alot of money, you have come to the wrong place. The school limits the maximum hours per – more...  week to 20. – less
