PhD candidate and interview process was a very poorly managed situation. No warning and had to "interview teach" a literal class of 30 students PLUS some faculty and admin people. Told I would hear in 4 days, and no word at all. Admin had no idea how to conduct professional interviews, and why would they schedule an interview teach at lunch time in front of a potential class? Very poorly done. Will never interview there again, nor do I care to work for such unprofessional people.
