Not management, Glen Allen - September 24, 2016
I've worked here a long time and it's always had it's ups and downs with various managers/partners, but the past several years have really taken a turn for the worse. When a manager/partner is allowed to browbeat, coerce, and intimidate people to get the results they want, the remaining managers and partners have failed the entire firm. People should not be afraid to talk when something is wrong, I follow Keiter on GlassDoor and in the past several months GD has mysteriously deleted over 9 negative reviews that were posted about Keiter, who is an active participant in the reviews. They don't even allow you to talk about the problems outside of the office. It's all about appearances here, they don't fix the issues, they just hide them from the outside.
