A typical day is complete any assigned cases and to make claim decision on a time frame. I learned how to read medical reports and how to pull out important information to support facts. Opening and processing checks for lockbox clients, data entry I learned how to be more orgaznized and the importance of accuracy. Management was helpful as well as understanding. I enjoyed the team atmosphere I had with my co-workers. The hardest part was some times the pressure of meeting a deadline.

It has great opportunity for employment; it is an office job over all although there are assortments of things you are assigning to do per day. It is temp/ tempera, work, and work comes at random with no constant hrs.
