A typical day at work would be to come in check the delivery orders in the morning and sort them to which ones went out for
delivery first so the order can be filled, then came working on the some of the paint matches. Wednesday and Fridays we had
freight come in so I would unload freight in the morning or afternoon. I would then be helping customers throughout the day, if I wasn't out delivering paint, I would tint and match as well as help the customer find the right product for there specific job. I learned alot from this job like timing, color matching, how to help customers find the right products, delivery, sales and marketing. Management was ok at times, most of the time they were pretty friendly, I only disliked a
couple people but that was about it. I could say that they should have kept there old location, when they closed there old
location and opened there new one, they lost alot of old customers due to the parking issues. They then closed there doors
and miller paint bought them out. My co-workers were friendly we all made friends after awhile, they were my kelly moore family.
The hardest part of the job was freight and vatting miss tinted paint, the most enjoyable part of the job was when I got to get out of the shop for a little bit and do errands like run bank bags to the bank and do long delivery's.
